Twice a year the Guild organizes a weekend retreat. It’s a great way to get to know people in the Guild, and we have lots of fun sewing, learning, talking, and sometimes even sleeping. The 2025 Spring Retreat will be held at the Bongiorno Conference Center (BCC) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Arrival is at 11 A.M. on Thursday, April 3, with a Sunday departure of 3 P.M., April 6. Eight meals will be provided by the Center and there will be no food preparation in the workroom. All rooms have complete bathrooms, and linens are furnished. There is free Wi-Fi. Each attendee will have her own table and in addition may bring a small sewing table or side table.
Membership in the Guild is required for attendance. Your registration fee is non-refundable, however, there is a waiting list, and vacancies will be filled from that list in order of signup. This retreat is limited to 27 people. If you find yourself unable to attend after you have registered, and your spot can be filled by someone on the waiting list, your money will be refunded.
Rates for 2025 are Single $351 and Double $305. Payments will be processed through PayPal using your credit card.
